Project B was my team's entry for a crowdsourced ideas competition where the aim was to decide on a publicly beneficial use for Calgary's "lost spaces". A lost space was defined by the overseeing committee as any space currently not being occupied or not being used in any way within the city. This broad definition could include the space in the middle of a ring road, or an empty alley between two buildings. The team chose a residential plot of grass for an urban observation beehive concept, which the images below will further explain.
